The Jet Sports Association of the Philippines (JSAP) recently staged a successful Ilocos Sur Jetski Fun Run Tour that culminated recently in Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
The JSAP riders, led by Networx Jetsports’ Dong Arcilla and Rider of the Year BJ Ang, started their trail at Pagsanaan Magsingal and went hopping to the islands of Cabugao and Badoc.
From there, they got off from their skis for a sightseeing tour in the municipalities of Cabugao, San Juan, Sinait and Currimao.
However, the planned visit to Pagudpud, Ilocos norte was cancelled due to bad weather. Instead, the group went on the road from Vigan to Ilocos Norte for a trip of Ilocos’ glorious historical past.
“It was amazing. Visiting Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte’s scenic spots and historical sites were simply awesome. Hospitality was very warm, that we are inspired to take our share of promoting these places through jetski,” said JSAP president Dong Arcilla.
“In fact, we’re planning to do more of these tours in the various provinces of the country this summer and help in their tourism industry as well as further promote jetski as a hobby and a sport,” added BJ Ang.
Among the other JSAP riders who joined the group are Alex and Darlene Isip, Mike and Jam Mangio, Alex Acacio, Gerry Santos, Vince Cruz, Vince Cruz Jr, Henry Hizon, Omar Turalde, Noel Santiago, Nakatani Tokuhiro , Imelda Lopez, Jojo Genato, Alex Favis, Mayor Boy Favis, Chino Favis, Alrico Favis and Coleen Parilla
